Pay 2 Snooze is made by Shapes & Stories LLC. We believe in keeping things simple: collect as little as possible, never sell your data, and be upfront about everything. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with your information.

What We Collect (and Why)

Anonymous Usage Data

To understand how the app is used and fix bugs, we collect anonymous data including:

• A random identifier (UUID) that cannot be tied to your identity
• Feature usage patterns (e.g., which snooze strategy is most popular)
• Device model, OS version, and app version
• Crash and performance data

This data cannot be linked to you personally.

In-App Purchases

Snooze payments are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple's own privacy policy governs those transactions.

What We Don't Collect

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Your photos, contacts, calendar, or location
• Cross-app or cross-website tracking data
• Cookies or web tracking of any kind

Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google)

Used for crash reporting, analytics, and remote configuration. Receives anonymous usage data and device info. Advertising identifier collection (IDFA) is disabled. Firebase Privacy Policy

AlarmKit (Apple)

The app uses AlarmKit to schedule alarms that persist system-wide. Alarm data is managed by iOS and is not transmitted to any external server. The app requests alarm permission, which you can revoke at any time in iOS Settings.

Charity Donations

50% of snooze revenue is donated to the charity you select (WWF, The Ocean Cleanup, or UNICEF). Your charity choice is stored locally on your device. No personal information is shared with charity partners.

Your Control

• Delete your data: Remove the app and all local data is deleted.
• Alarm permission: Revoke at any time in Settings > Pay 2 Snooze.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we collect only anonymous data that can't be tied to an individual, there is very little that qualifies as personal data. If you have questions or requests, reach out at the email below.

We do not sell your data. Period.

A Few Legal Things

Shapes & Stories LLC operates from California. If you use the app from outside the US, your anonymous data may be processed here. All third-party services used are GDPR-compliant.
